Cooking up Viral Pizza Sensations in the Kitchen w/ Rose City Pizza

Brian shares the challenges of building out a restaurant and running 2 restaurants at the same time. Rose City Pizza opened in Rosemead, California in 2009, and in 2022 they opened a second location in Covina. Despite the blood, sweat, and tears over the years, ”there’s nothing else I'd rather be doing.” says Brian.
